career advice Want to become RN currently working as Medicaton aide

Hi,
I am a medication aide. Currently working in a extensive care community nursing home. I want to become a RN. But it will take time. Medication aide pay rate is low. I want some career advancement so that i can get good pay rate. CAn you please suggest me a program that i can do along with my pre requisites of BSN, so that i can earn good and support myself. I am interested in 4-5 months of program because i need to concentrate on my pre reqs too. Please help! Much appreciated.
