OB jobs out of hospital

I love being a OB nurse however I am looking for a new atmosphere in which to practice the OB field. Of course a bigger salary would not hurt!! I am looking for ideas of how to use my RN degree but do something new Examples....working for an insurance agency, working at a clinic. I was wondering if you could either send me a message of what you do, or any suggestions you might have! Thank you.
