Graduate Nurse job options

I'm a new grad..we'll not that new considering I graduated in 2007 but finally passed my NLCEX on the 2nd try in November. I've been job hunting with now luck so far, not even one call back. Any advice on other areas besides hospitals to look for jobs? I work now for a great company doing Case Management, but don't have enough clinical experience to be hired as an RN Case Manager. As much as I love my current company they don't pay me nearly enough and I really want to get into actual nursing. Any ideas or advice? I'm not picky and open to anything!
depends on the state or country that your in. Maybe moving to an area where there arent as many nurses will help...did you try Nursing Homes or Home Health Agencies? i noticed your post was from jan 5, i really hope you figuered something out God bless.
