Toronto VS Quebec Bridging Program

Hi guys, recently moved to Canada.. Toronto being the province where I landed but now I am in Quebec since most of my relatives are here. I am to undergo an Adaptation Training program or a Bridging Program.. whether I stay in Toronto or in Quebec because that's what the requirement is for Internationally Graduate Nurses. I am so eager to submit my application kit to Toronto but I was told that I need to undergo a 20-month training? I just want to know if anyone in here actually experienced this?
In Quebec on the other hand, it's a 6-month training but I need to undergo a French test after I pass the Quebec Board exam for Nurses.

How good is your French? All thing considered, as an anglophone I'd test in Ontario.
