Unusual job opportunities for new grads

What are some out of the norm fields of nursing that are available to graduate nurses? Not in hospitals or Dr. offices. I just want to know all of my options that are available. I love all aspects of nursing but I want to find out if there is anything really exciting or unusual that I have never heard of. Thanks for any information that anyone might have.
