New Grad Nurse in May (NEED JOB ADVICE!)

Hey everyone,
I will be graduating in May of 2011 with my BSN! I have had one on one preceptorships in Neuro-Oncology, Surgical-Urology, Adult Psych, Pediatrics, and ICU. I really really hope to land a PICU, Peds Hematology-Oncology, or NICU positon after gradutation. I live in Iowa and moving is NOT A PROBLEM. I have applied at a few places already and am just waiting on responses. Anyone out there have any advice to give me on resume stuff (I have taken mine to Career Services and my professors and both say mine looks very good and proessional.), applying for positions, strategies, and anything else that is generally helpful.
