Relocating Interviewing but no offers

I live in Northern Minnesota and have been wanting to relocate to the Minneapolis. I work in a clinic currently and have been applying to several clinics in the Twin Cities metro area, hoping to find a job before I move, as many renters prefer you to have a job lined up before they will rent to you.
I have had many interviews and the process has taken over a couple of months, and still I have had no offers. I'm becoming discouraged.
I'm now considering moving out of state and finding a job in transcription but I'm not sure if it's the right choice.
Any advice?
