Sign On Bonuses? Do they still exist?

Im currently working in NY city and and planning either to stay in NY or work in Jersey. I have been looking online at alot of hospitals in these areas but not one mentions a sign on bonus. Anyone know or work at a hospital in NYC/ Northern New Jersey are that does offer a sign on bonus? If so, which hospital and how much. Thanks!!
I haven't heard of any sign-on bonuses anywhere in a few years.

There are still sign-on bonuses (& even relocation $) for high-demand skills in my part of the country. I'm talking experienced CV-OR, CNRN, NICU, etc. I get flyers in the mail all the time. But, I agree - bonuses for staff nurse positions have gone the way of the Dodo bird & $2 gas.
