To send Thank you card OR NOT?

Hello ALL!!
I applied for a clinical instructor job on a mass job search engine, and I received an answer of DECLINE from one university due to filled job positions.
Should I send a Thank you card? What should it say? Thanks for looking at my resume and your answer?

While you don't have to, it couldn't hurt to send you a "thank you for considering me" note--it may help keep you in their minds for the future...especially if it's a place you really want to work at.
