Graduate degree

Hi,

I am currently studying for my GRE and hoping to start a graduate school in Fall 2012. I'm looking into managment/administrator degrees and curious about two that I have found. Can anyone tell me the difference between a Masters in Science Nursing Health Systems Management with a Minor in Business vs. Master Science in Nursing Leadership in Nursing Administration??? To me, they appear to be very similar and would really appreciate some help seperating the two.
