Interviewing for Assistant Nurse Manager HELP!

Hello there,

I have been an RN for 3.5 years now and have recently applied for the Assistant Nurse Manager position on my unit. They have called me for an interview but now I am sooooo nervous. What can I expect on this interview? My own inexperience frightens me to death. HELP!!
