Case Management or Utilization Review Nurse?

Hi everyone. Need your advice!
I got 2 job offers from 2 different companies. The company who's offering me the UR position seems focused on the mantra "keep employees happy", the office is BEAUTIFUL and I had to go through a serious of tests and interviews before I even got the job offer. The company who's offering me the CM position seems to a lot smaller, office is ok, the manager is very straightforward (which I like) and dangles the possibility of telecommuting work in the near future (supposedly after 6 months).
What it all boils down to is that I just want a job that may make me more 'marketable' in the future.
I know what each job entails but can you please tell me which has a better advancement opportunities? In case management, I can go for the certification and have the CCM after my RN initials. I don't know if that matters much --well, to me, it kinda does. I just became an RN 2 yrs ago. Hmmm.. I don't know if there will be any certifications for UR.
Anyway, please tell me.... would you prefer to be UR or CM? why?
