Before I fill out the application- any advice?

Hi all, 8 month old RN here currently working at a LTC facility. Looking to transition into a hospital setting. Updated my resume and ready to start applying. The online application I'm looking at has a section to list "Positions of Interest". Well, I'm interested in about anything that will get me hired...should I list any of the positions I see that I may qualify for? Or would it look better to list only one position?

Any tips or things you'd recommend before I start filling out online apps? Should I show up at hospital HR and drop off a resume randomly?
