Do you list every job on resume

Quick question about past job employment
I'm helping a friend with her resume and encouraged her not to list employments less than 6months. She disagreed saying it will count towards total nursing experience. I've read several articles from resume experts and career advisors and there are different views on this topics.
Would you list a past nursing employment where you left after 4 or 6 months?
