Nurse Lobbyist

What is a nurse Lobbyist and how can I get involved? I am exploring career options and want to find a job thats fun, challenging but not bedside care, but helps people. I also wouldn't mind traveling state to state or even internationally. I don't know if thats what a nurse lobbyist career consist of but I want to explore all options so I can find the one that is best for me. Thanks!
