The struggles of a nurse

I have recently been considering becoming a nurse. I would really love to become a forensic nurse, though am not close minded to all the other opportunities being a nurse allows you. I am just wanting to know the struggles you go through as a nurse, for I know it must be one of the hardest jobs out there. I would love to hear pure honesty on what you believe nurses struggles through the most in the career.
