Rota/off duty test

Hi all,

I am a UK nurse going for an interview for a ward sisters post in a couple of weeks. As well as the interview there will be a 5 minute off duty test. Has anyone done anything lije this before as part of their interview process? i'm really not sure what to expect! Any suggestions or helpful hints welcome! Thanks x
