HELP-SUGGESTIONS

Im still a new nurse, and wet behind the ears so to speak and was fired frm my 1st nursing job, after 8-9mths on the job, beacuse of honest rookie mistakes (no deathes) that where small, but now i just freeze up when on a application on the section REASON FOR LEAVING, any suggestions as to what i should put other than "employment termination"?????
Left to seek better opportunities. (since the last job stopped paying me)
You can always write "will discuss at interview" or "relocation out of area" or leave it blank
I have written "given responsibilities beyond those for which I believed myself to be qualified." It works. And I know you have some concrete examples.
