need help to prepare a topic for inservice

Hi Friends I am back again and I need some real life example/ suggestions for leadership strength which is Empathy combined with the following traits.

1. Empathy and trust
2-Empathy and hope
3-Empathy and compassion
4-Empathy and stability

(Prepairing a topic for an In Service for my work place)

trust - if someone is going thru a tough time it is nice to know you can trust the nurse to bring meds on time, really listen, keep you clean and comfortable, advocate for you, interpret what the MD said----then the patient can spend their energy on getting well
