About Hybrid accelerated RN-BSN program!!

Dear Nurses,
I am a new RN willing to get back to school and finish BSN. Do you recommend any good school that is well reputed and that has hybrid and acclelerated RN-BSN program that I could finish in 16-18 months rather that 2 -3 years? I would like to know there names and which state are they located in. Most importantly I would like to know if you have any real life experience with them.Do you recommend me to take that school or not? I am looking for those school in tristate area (NY-CT-NJ).
