Hospital salaries

Hi, I'm currently in nursing school for my BSN and just looking around to decide what hospital I want to work at. I live in the northern virginia area. The hospitals around me are INOVA loudoun, Winchester Medical Center and Martinsburg WV hospital. I am currently interested in OR, trauma or labor/delivery/NICU area of nursing. I was wondering if anyone who works at any of these hospitals can give me any advice on them as far as the atmosphere, the salary definitely and overall pros and cons of them. Any advice would be greatly helpful. Thanks!!
