VALOR Program

Hi, I am a Junior in the Nursing program and I am going to be applying for the VALOR Program an Internship at the VA. I have to write a paper explaining my carreer goals and my interest in the VALOR Program. Has anyone applied for it before or been accepted that would have any advice for me?
