Graduate Nurse- hasn't work for 2 years after graduation

Hi, everyone. I graduated in May 2010 and pass the NCLEX and have my license, however, because of several reasons, family, and others, I wasn't able to work until now. My questions is .. should I take a refresher course? or can I just start aplying for jobs. Please I would really appreciate some help! Thank you
Yeah I am in the same boat, but they say you don't need to unless you have been out for 4 years. I've been volunteering to regain some experience.
I took a refresher course last year after never having worked as a nurse after graduating and it helped me get interviews and a job.
