CNA in assisted living facility less stressful than LTC??

Hi! I am a CNA and i first started working in LTC. I found it to be under-staffed and stressful, and quite hard. I left that job due to some family issues and the stress I had from there. I'm working in retail currently, and have been interested in getting back into it since my stress level is lower, and I want to become a RN. I have decided to apply to Home Health Aide positions in assisted living facilities. I guess I am wondering: can I do this?? Or is assisted living just as stressful? Thank you!!!!!
