New nurse ER fellowship

HI i am a new nurse and i just passed my boards!! yay... i have been accepted into a fellowship program in the ER. Im very excited to start but just wanted to know if anyone has been in a fellowship and can tell me really what to expect. I also have the whole month of august to prepare myself ... but what do i need to do?
