Help need advice. Received 2 job offers in 2 days

I have received 2 job offers in the past 2 days. The last one I received today. I am having a difficult time choosing which one to take. One is at a large county hospital in women's services and one is in a small hospital working with post-op elective surgery patients. (cosmetic, bariatric, some orthopedic,). I have weighed the pros and cons and they are both equal. One of the positions will start Monday and the other September 24th. Do you think I should start Orientation and see how I like it. I am so confused. Sorry if I sound scattered, but my head has been spinning all day.
