What to I expect?

I just received two calls about positions I applied for. I am scheduled for an interview at local hospital for the Medical/Surgical Unit. The other position is at Kindred Physician Care and Rehab. I job shadowed at the med/surg unit for 3 hours at another hospital. I'm curious what I should expect from both places. From the description they seem similar. I'm just looking for some insight from you guys. Thanks
The only way to get any idea is to talk to people who work at the prospective job.And even then, you'll have no idea. Good luck!
We have a Kindred facility close by and the Kindred we have is for long term care as well as rehab that we send our patients to after surgery who need a little bit more reinforcement to get stronger.. while medsurg unit sounds like its more acute care than long term.. just my opinion
