West coast graduates can you find work?

I am currently thinking of attending west coast university, and wanted to see if the graduates of the school have a hard or easy time finding a job after graduating. I'm only asking because the tuition is ridiculously high and I'll need to find a job immediately graduating to start paying off the loan, which will end up around 100-120k for 3 years.

Also, I wanted to know, do hospitals care where a nurse graduated from? So let's say a UCLA and a west coast university grad both apply for a nursing position, would a hospital choose the one from UCLA because it's a better school?
