Snf problems

Been working at a snf for 6months now as an RN. I'm been applying consistently to hospitals. No interviews at all. Am I going to be stuck in this place the rest of my career? I really hope not! It's a great facility and its 5 star ranked. But I really don't see growth here. I hope you you guys can help me! Thank you!
