Graduate Nurse: Parkland vs. Plaza Medical Center

I am a graduate nurse and I was just offered a med surg position at both Parkland Hospital in Dallas and Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth. The main difference for me is that Parkland requires a two year contract whereas Plaza Medical Center has no contract. Which hospital is better to work for? Pros and cons would help. I just need some advice! Thanks

I went ahead and accepted Parkland, although I am waiting to hear more details from Plaza. I think despite the contract Parkland sounds better to me. Congrats on your offer
