online course

hi all,
i have done B.SC Nursing and passed NCLEX and i am on h4 visa ,which says i cannot work in US,but i need a help or advice that , is there any kind of course or study which i can do at home only (online) which will not be very costly plus will be helpful in my later professional life ?please if anyone has suggestion then help me ,
