What does "WWP" stand for in a job title?

I googled it, and can't find anything that makes sense. Can ya help me out, please? What's does this mean?

I googled wwp and all the pertinent references were in the medical field.I guess it could be wounded warriors plan, but Nursing would be rather strenous, but not impossible.
