I'm a new care nurse and I want to learn more how to talk and care of the patient ? would you please help me !!

You are not giving enough information about yourself. Based on the scant information, I gather you are not an RN or LPN. As a "care nurse" what are your responsibilities? It sounds like your job position is that of a nurses assistant.

What kind of advice are you looking for? Your question is very broad.

Surely you were taught something about talking to and caring for patients at nursing school? Hang on-you're not a nurse at all. May I suggest to you that you stop calling yourself a nurse right now. It's misleading and in many places illegal. We studied and worked very hard to become nurses and it's offensive when people call themselves a nurse when they're really assistants or carers.
