where? how can anyone get experience when noone will give them a chance. I am a new grad. well getting old.

I know it's a long way away from you, but I just saw several postings on the jobs site for a hospital in Charlotte, NC that specified new grads.

Didn't read the link but can u try agencies to get a job? They may be able to send u somewhere where u can be trained up. Apply anywhere and everywhere & for everything, to get that experience.
