Okay so I have been accepted into an RPN to BSCN bridging program beginning in May.I am not sure if I understand this or not, I may just be confused? At the end of this program I would have my BSCN?,this program is approximately 3 years.Or after I am done this program do I then need to apply to do the RN program at a university?I am really confused
In the states when you have your BSN you are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN, you don't have to do an additional educational program. I'm not sure about Canada though.

Call the school now and ask them exactly what this means. Just say you are an interested potential student and you weren't sure what thier wording meant.

I am on the waitlist for a LPN - BSN bridging program in BC. The program I am doing is also 3 years. At the end of it you get your BSN. Usually the BSN program is 4 years, in the "bridging program" they give you a year of credit for already being an LPN and include some "transition to RN courses".I would call your school though cause they all seem to work a little different.
