Internship after refresher course

hello everyone, please i will like to know your opinion on this, working as an intern(rn) after completing refreshers course or getting a job after refreshers course, what do you guys think?
I think an internship would be very helpful. I guess it depends on the orientation process for the job that isn't an internship. I am going through this process right now, as well. I suspect that the hardest thing for me is going to be re-establishing my time management skills. Easing into that process would be much easier than just getting thrown in with a full load of patients and expecting to be independent.

AN internship would be great, if you can find one with an opening. The next best thing would be a good orientation period with a preceptor. Good luck!
