where can you find out the real deal with hospitals

Can someone point me to a website where people rate employee satisfaction at different hospitals in maryland. Im having trouble deciding which hospitals I actually want to work out and which ones are more of a death sentence that anything else?
Allnurses is one of the best! I also have found stuff on glassdoor.com. You can check to see if a specific hospital is rec by peers, or has high mortality in cardiac care, or ortho, etc. Check your state and see if you have one of these.
