What are ways for MS LPN's to earn CEU to become IV recertified?

MBON states we must have 10 contact hours, where can I get them from?
I'd first contact the BON, they will give you a list of approved sites where you can get your CEU's and your IV certification. Note, IV certification usually requires hands on class work, unless you have a certification from another state that they will accept.
