starting salary at Clarian I mean IU Health

Can anyone tell me the starting salary for a RN at IU Health? I had an offer from Community for 26/hour but also am interviewing at Clarian and wondered their starting pay. The benefits at Clarian look better than Community (less expensive). I searched but just found old data from 2008 re: starting pay. Thanks

If your Community offer is $26, there must be other factors involved? Experience? That seems quite high for the Community scale.

I think St. Francis is something like $22.00 w/o shift diff or WEO.

IU Health starts at 21.75 base for RN Associate Partner. No matter experience or degree. There are shift diffs to consider, that can increase your pay. I think it's 3.60 extra from 3p-11p, 4 something from 11p-7??a, 5.50 weekend, 11 holiday. We work 3 12's and every 3rd weekend, with alternating holidays on my floor. You can also pick up extra shifts for OT. Through the career advancement plan, you can also earn extra if you move on to partner or senior partner.
