A little help for your anglo-american nurse

Hi, I am part of an on-line study on cultural competence. Part of the study involves the test subject (thats me) completing assignments; which in the end I will get CEUs in exchange. My last assignment, which is due June 12, is to perform a cultural assessment on some some from another culture than myself. I figured this would be the best place to get variety since nurses from all over the world visit this site. If you feel interesting in helping me out please answer the questions below. Feel free to PM me these answers if you want it to be private.

What is your native language?
What is your country of birth?
What setting did you grow up in? urban/suburban/rural
What is your ethnic identity?
Who are your major support people? friends/family/other
Who are the dominate family members?Who makes decisions for the family?
What are your religious afflictions? Does this affect your healthcare?
Do you have any cultural or religious practices and or restrictions?
What types of food to you prefer? What type of food do you dislike?
what do you believe promotes health?
Are there any cultural considerations you would like to be considered for your healthcare (i.e. if you were in the hospital)
What are your cultural beliefs on childbirth and child rearing?
what are your beliefs on feeding the baby?
Are their special rituals for naming the baby?
Do you have special rituals or beliefs during the postpartum period?
What is your perception of pain/do you believe in pain medication?
I live here in American but I come from England I was going to answer your questions but I think that they are specifically for a different culture. I think our cultures are too similar-not the same but similar
