Assessment skills

I am looking for an assessment book that a paramedic, first responder, ER nurse might use when evaluating a person for the first time. Something that covers body systems, signs and symptoms of illnesses, how medications interact, that sort of thing. Any suggestions??
Yeah- more than one book I'd go to amazon, and type in what you want- you can at least see the table of contents on a lot of their books- and often get used ones (in great condition) for a big discount.
