Does anyone know of a computer program/product to do patient care planning at adult day care centers?

There is a program called "CADDCARE" that has a careplan library in it that is for use in an ADHC. The only drawback is that it is quite expensive.

It's highly unlikely that anyone is reading this particular thread but I just stumbled upon it and thought I'd provide correct info for the software:It's CADCare and it's produced by RTZ Associates.After 9 years they're still in business. That's some kind of recommendation!
