Websites on drug desensitizing

I am trying to find a website that tell about drug desensitizing to vancomycin ! So far I am olney finding case study's of people that have had it done by giving the drug every 15 mins but that's not quite what I am looking for . The persion that told me about it olney knows it estibut and said they had never seen it done and did not think it was used to offen .
