Health insurance premiums.

For health insurance, what percent of the total premium does your company pay VS what you pay out of pocket each month. I'm trying to figure out where to relocate to based on this. I Came a cross this hospital in Seattle (Swedish) where employees payee zero premiums any other hospital/employer you know of?

I would strongly caution you against making a relocation decision based on this, as this can change. You could select a hospital based on a very low contribution for health benefits and undertake a major move and completely uproot your life ... only to find that a year or 18 months later the employee contribution is the same as the hospital down the street from where you are now.Health insurance contracts between employers and insurance providers are renegotiated every year or two and those contracts are pretty much out of your control. Make your employment / relocation decisions based on factors you can control.
