Hospital's hiring styles

I have come to know about different hiring styles among hospitals in california. There are Magnet Hospitals with unions where everything is transparent, turnover is low and in hiring season gets about 400 applications. Getting into these hospitals is impossible where not many nurses want to leave.

Second set of hospitals are govt funded community or county hospitals where salaries
suck and politics thrive. Its easy to get in but difficult to get adjusted to ******** and backbiting on floors.
Last set of hospitals are one who hire you on phone, offer you relocation packages and then lie about patient ratios. One really gets trapped into these hospitals with lucrative salaries.
