Most facilities do stick to just dates and rehire status to keep things simple for themselves, but they are not obligated to. The truth is that HR can legally tell your prospective employer anything about your employment as long as it's factual.So if you are on leave, HR can tell them that...as well as exactly why.Honestly, there's no way of knowing what HR will tell them about you. I suppose you could contact your HR department to find out what they'll say, or have someone call pretending to verify your employment and see what they're told.Best of luck. Comment:
