Any recommendation on pocket books?

I will be graduating soon from a BSN program. I want to buy nursing note cards or a pocket book for quick reference when I began working.
Any recommendations?

I like: Mosby's PDQ for the RN. Tarascon's Pharmacopiea Classic for Nurses 2013 edition. AndPractitioner's Pocket Guide: really for Providers, but has some awesome information in it that helps for Nurses too!
