Virginia college or fortis college graduates...job outlook?

I just wanted to ask people who have graduated from these schools what's the job outlook like. The majority are unaccredited. Have you had a hard time finding a job because you graduated from one of these schools. At the end of the day everybody has to past the nclex to be licensed. Can somebody whose graduated from one of these schools let me know what you experienced in the job search?
