Back into the swing of things

My maternity leave is over and back to work I go! It flew by, but while out they changed the charting program, the accudose system, and about one million other things. How long did it take you to get back into the swing of things? I am overwhelmed and just can't seem to get back into it. I am really having a hard time with all the changes and the pace that I was fine with when I left. Anyone experience this? I am just going to keep on swimming as Dory would say, but wow, I didn't expect it to be this difficult. Please tell me it gets better! And my hats off to those of you have taken off more time and come back to floor nursing! You must be a tough cookie!
