looking for hospitals accepting nurse trainees for free

im really looking for any hospital around manila where i can be a trainee without paying for anything..hope some one could help me..thanks!
don't know the laws there, but in the USA that would create a risk for the hospital due to HIPAA (confidentiality) and possibility of you getting injured. Something to consider.
